Domestic Shipping
Orders received by 2PM CST usually ship the same business day. Shipping cost is determined by weight. Domestic Orders above $1250 ship for free all items except restraint beds, Turtle Shields, leg weights, chairs, HST-100, HST-200 and mattress pads.
International Shipping
Canadian shipping cost is determined by weight. All items on the website can be shipped to Canada. Important note: NO SHIPMENT (including samples) of handcuffs, leg irons, handcuff keys. Please email for quotes on international orders. Minimum international order size: $100. PLEASE ALLOW 3-6 WEEKS FOR APPROVAL OF EXPORT LICENSE.
Returns
All merchandise must have prior approval before being returned. Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used or shows signs of used. Custom or Special Orders cannot be returned for credit. Items ordered in error within two weeks from the date of invoice will be exchanged free of charge if resalable. Credit will be applied to customer account. Quantities that exceed monthly average cannot be returned. NO CASH REFUNDS.

21 to 90 Days - 25% Charge
Past 90 Days - No Returns Accepted.
Guarantee
Humane Restraint Co., Inc. will guarantee and replace or repair any product due to defects in material and workmanship.
Purchase Orders
We accept Purchase orders. Purchase orders should include an authorized signature, Your first order opens your account. Just fax in your order to 608-849-6315 and it will usually ship right away!
